taken somewhere on the road to the peak with a disposable camera

so i emailed a photo agent a few days ago, he called me and said we should meet up sometime to review more of my work. i'm excited! i might be an assistant photographer to one of the more 'professional' ones, which is at least a bit of a start. the only thing i'm having a bit of trouble now with is.. time. current list of commitments: service on saturday (saturday), soccer (monday, wednesday, friday), soccer community sports leader (saturday), and schoolwork (any hours leftover)

have you ever

picked a quiet song on your ipod, and turned the music up on your earphones/speakers until each note lingers in the air (long after it has gone)? take hide and seek by imogen heap for example. it gives me shivers when i listen to the lyrics, really listen to them, and mind pictures of quiet sunday noontimes with golden light filtering through motes of dust

most of my inspiration comes from this. slow songs that make you fall asleep, but keep you awake enough to keep pressing the repeat button, because you want to relive those memories that aren't really yours but beautiful all the same

so because you are awesome (the follow wendy's blog kind of awesome) i have amassed a list of songs that i personally like to listen loud
